Under his leadership, the William Jewell College women's team earned national recognition, including being ranked as high as #12 in the nation and qualifying for the NCAA Division II National Championship Tournament. The men's team earned a national ranking as high as #21.

In addition to his coaching expertise, Roblee has held various roles in the soccer community, including as the head coach of the Kansas City Brass in the Premier Development League (USL2) and as a former account executive for the Kansas City Wizards (Major League Soccer). His experience in both professional and amateur soccer has been instrumental in developing players and fostering strong relationships with local soccer organizations.

Roblee has also worked extensively as a coach for youth and high school players, including his involvement with the Olympic Development Program (ODP) in Missouri and coaching the 87/88 KC Pace boys club team.

"We are extremely excited that Jefferson will be leading our women's soccer program moving forward," said KCKCC Director of Athletics Greg McVey. "He has been an integral part of our program for the past several years and believe that his experience and expertise will serve the program well. He has a true understanding of the value of intercollegiate athletics at our level and will lead a program focused on athletic, academic and personal development."

Roblee holds a bachelor's degree in communication arts from Park University and has earned various coaching certifications, including the United States Soccer Federation National C License, the NSCAA Director of Coaching Diploma and the National Youth Diploma. Additionally, he has completed specialized courses in sports management and law through prestigious institutions such as Yale University, Duke University and the University of Pennsylvania.
