(RV) Men's Basketball Falls To No. 5 Indian Hills CC

OTTUMWA, Iowa - Facing a tough road test Saturday night, the (RV) KCKCC men's basketball team fell to No. 5 Indian Hills CC 98-76, ending their seven-game winning streak.

KCKCC is now 9-6 on the season. 

Indian Hills CC got off to a 9-0 start before Bradley Lightbourne made a basket at the 17:14 mark. Indian Hills grabbed a double-digit lead at the 12:47 mark and kept it throughout the game, including a 60-33 lead at halftime.

Joshua Dames hit three straight three-pointers to start the second half for the Blue Devils as the squad eventually worked its way back to trail by 12 points at 70-58 with 11:02 left in the game. The Warriors however, kept the lead and held off the late comeback from the Blue Devils.

Lightbourne led the team with 16 points and Gary Bess Jr. had 13 points in the game.

KCKCC returns to the court for a road game on Tuesday at Metropolitan CC at 7:30 p.m.
