HILLSBORO, Mo. - The KCKCC women's basketball team got off to a 2-0 start to their 2022-23 season after defeating Jefferson College Saturday afternoon on the road, 55-39.

The Blue Devils had three players score in double-figures led by Trinity McDow's 16 points. Victoria Jones added 14 and Jada Johnson would pitch in 10 points.

KCKCC shot a total of 36.8 percent from the floor, while hitting seven three-pointers in the game. 

Kaylyn Rogers and McDow led the team in rebounds with eight and six respectively.

The Blue Devils are back in action Monday evening when they play at Washburn University JV at 5:30 p.m.
