Mary Bruno Ballou started at KCKCC in 2009 as a Volunteer Assistant Coach and would eventually become Head Coach in 2011. Coach Mary was home schooled in Kansas City,MO and would eventually graduate in 2005. She would later on be the Volleyball Student Assistant at Rockhurst University from 2008-10 and was the Assistant Coach at Iowa Western for three months in 2011 before coming to her home at KCKCC. She attended Avila University (2005-07), Rockhurst University (2008-20) and was in a Graduate Program at Concordia University (2017-19).
She is married to Austin Ballou and has two kids, Bella and John.
